Fermenting Tank

Equipment Description:

The machines designed according to food sanitary requirements, adopts SS 304 sanitary stainless steel, dimple type jacket both in the tank cylinder and the cone bottom, which can increase the cooling speed effectively, and also the jacket heat exchange area can be customer designed according to different processing requirements, with 60°-75° cone bottom for fermentation, and improving the beer and reproduction of the yeast. Adopts PU insulation, the external all adopts stainless steel plates. The tank equipped with manhole, CIP cleaning ball, temperature sensor, sample valve etc.

 

Working Principle Equipment characteristic

The after cooling wort deliveries to the fermentation tank too adding yeast. As the condense function of the yeast, the density of the yeast at the bottom of the tank increases, then the fermentation speed increases, and the CO2 increases during the fermentation, at the same time, the yeast height of the yeast liquid produces static pressure also makes the CO2 content changed gradient, so the fermentation liquid as changes gradient. With dimple jacket for cooling, the fermentation temperature in all progress can be manual controlled. Under the function of static pressure difference, the fermentation liquid content difference, the CO2 releases, and together the temperature difference on top of the tank (1~2℃), the fermentation liquid inside the tank makes strong natural convection, increases the connection between the yeast and the fermentation liquid, improve the metabolism of the yeast, and increases the beer fermentation speed effectively, and decreases the fermentation time.
